Our Neighbourhood Report is a unique surveillance operation specifically aimed at those people who are looking to purchase or rent a new house and require an insight into what their potential new neighbourhood is really like before committing to buying.

So why undertake a Neighbourhood Report?

• You may be too busy to view the property and surrounding area thoroughly
• You may only be able to visit at specific times during the day…but what is the neighbourhood like at times when you cannot visit?
• You may not be able to be objective about the area as you love the house so much….we understand this completely so let us do the work for you
• You may be moving to the area and simply not able to view the area more than a few times:

We will undertake surveillance at different times during the course of the week (both day & night) in order to get an accurate reflection of the neighbourhood activity and present this to you in a complete report complete with photographs and video footage where appropriate.

The surveillance can be as detailed and as flexible as you like and we are happy to accommodate any of your instructions and incorporate this into a tailored plan. We will not present you with a generic report crammed full of useless information. Instead, the report will be an overview with the detail confined to the areas that matter or that you specify during the initial consultation.

We can offer as little or as much time as you need and unlike most other firms, there are no ‘hard sell’ techniques used to get you to have the most sophisticated and lengthy investigation when it is simply not needed – we are happy to pop over for a couple of hours a week during the night if that is what you think is all you need.

On completion the client will be presented with a full written report complete with video footage and/or photo images as well as a detailed written report and a meeting to discuss our findings – we will even buy the coffee!
